How to Send Group SMS? A Video Tutorial

Send Group SMS
Steps to follow:
Login to your account.
To send Group SMS, you must have added at least one group with contacts assigned to that group. You can watch a video on this, How to Manage Groups
Go to Compose Group SMS page.
If you have multiple groups, you can select multiple groups at once. To do that. hold control button and click on the groups you want to send from the dropdown showing your groups.
After selecting the group, now you should select what kind of message you want to send. There are two options, English and Other Language for Unicode SMS messages. If you just want to send English message, select as English. Else, if you want to send a Unicode SMS, then select Other Language.
Go to the message box. If your message is simple plain English then copy and paste or write your content. Else if you have selected Other Language, then select language you want to type and start writing. Your typed content will be transliterated automatically to the language you selected. There are 14 languages which gets transliterated to the selected language.
Please note: While sending Unicode SMS message, avoid copy and pasting from any rich text editor or html web page.
If you are appending a URL, then you have an option to shorten it to save your SMS characters space. This is optional.
If you have already saved a draft, select from the Append Saved Draft dropdown then the content will automatically will be appended to the message box.
If you have already saved a signature to append, then select from Append Signature dropdown.
Select whether to Filter Duplicate numbers to On or Off.
If this is a new message which you have typed, then you can save it as draft for future use, just Select On from Save Draft option.
If you want to schedule, then select the time and date or send immediately.
Click on Send SMS button to initiate your Group SMS campaign.
