Product Change Notification - Long Code

This is an important notice for all our long code customers. From now on, every incoming request is considered as 2 hits and the same credits will be assigned to each customer.
What is Incoming Request?
When your customer sends an SMS to our long code number, operator receives that SMS through SMSC and the same will be forwarded to SMS Aggregators. Hence Receiving from customer mobile to SMSC and from SMSC to our platform, there will be 2 hits considered. Hence this hits will be treated as credits from now on and will be debited from your account. Note, this is not SMS credit deduction.
Our engineers have already programmed and credited free hits credits based on your purchase package. You can view the balance hits credits in the side menu and also credit history can be found under Shortcode Menu.
Customers who has bought 1 year package will be given free 60000 hits credits and there after 10 paise will be charged per hit.

- Choosing of Promotional or Transaction SMS Gateways for Auto Response SMS.
- Hits Count display in Report.
